Removal Procedure

Engine Rear Noise Shield (1) - Remove - Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement
- Heater Inlet Hose@Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Disconnect - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LGY)
- Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose@Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Disconnect - Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose Replacement
- Reposition the engine coolant heater cord thermostat for access to the engine coolant air bleed pipe bolts.
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]
- Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe (3) - Remove
- Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Gasket (4) - Remove and DISCARD
