Installation Procedure

Engine Oil Cooler Seal (3) - Install NEW [2x]
- Engine Oil Cooler (2) - Install
- Engine Oil Cooler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 8.5 N.m (75 lb in)
Thermostat Bypass Hose (3) @Engine Oil Cooler - Install
- Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Inlet Hose (2) @Engine Oil Cooler - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill)
