Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716) 
  2. Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger-Left Side - Remove - Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Replacement - Left Side

    Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe Retainer Clip (1) - Remove

  4. Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (2) - Remove

    Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove

  6. Hose Clamp (2) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  7. Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe (3) - Remove
