Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger (2) @Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Inlet Hose - Remove
Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Inlet Hose (2) @Engine Oil Cooler - Remove
- Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Inlet Hose (2) @Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Remove
