Installation Procedure

Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Seal (3) - Install NEW
- Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing (2) - Install
- Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Water Outlet (2) - Install - Water Outlet Replacement (LGY)
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe (2) - Install - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Replacement (LGY)
- Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Noise Shield-Upper - Install - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Noise Shield Replacement (Upper) , or Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Noise Shield Replacement (Lower)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
