Installation Procedure

Engine Coolant Heater (2) - Install
- Ensure that the engine coolant heater retainer (1) is fully seated.
Engine Coolant Heater Cord (3) @Engine Coolant Heater - Connect
- Engine Coolant Heater Cord Connector Retainer (2) @Engine Coolant Heater - Install
- Engine Coolant Heater Cord Retainer (1) @Engine Wiring Harness Bracket - Install
- Turbocharger Heat Shield-Upper Left (1) - Install - Turbocharger Heat Shield Replacement - Left Side Upper (LGY)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Inspect for coolant leaks.
