Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging

Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe) , or Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 From Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe to Engine Radiator and Water Outlet)

Retainer (2) - Disengage
Remove the charge air cooler coolant hose (1) from the engine radiator intercooler heat exchanger.

Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Left Side (1) - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LT4)

Retainer (1) - Disengage
Remove the auxiliary radiator outlet hose (2) from the engine radiator intercooler heat exchanger.

Charge Air Bypass Valve Tube Clip (1) @Cooling Fan Motor - Remove [2x]
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) - Reposition away

Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Remove
Electrical Connector (3) @Cooling Fan Motor - Disconnect

Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (2) - Disengage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Remove the radiator inlet hose (1) from the rear of the engine radiator.
Remove the radiator inlet hose (3) from the side of the engine radiator.
