Install the radiator inlet hose (3) to the side of the engine radiator.
Install the radiator inlet hose (1) to the rear of the engine radiator.
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (2) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

Electrical Connector (3) @Cooling Fan Motor - Connect
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Install
Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) - Move into position
Charge Air Bypass Valve Tube Clip (1) @Cooling Fan Motor - Install [2x]

Engage the retainer (1) into the auxiliary radiator outlet hose (2).
Install the auxiliary radiator outlet hose (2) to the engine radiator intercooler heat exchanger ensuring the end is fully engaged.

Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Left Side (1) - Install - Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LT4)

Install the charge air cooler coolant hose (1) to the engine radiator intercooler heat exchanger.
Retainer (2) - Engage

Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
