Installation Procedure

Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe (1) - Install
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe (2) @Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 8.5 N.m (75 lb in)
- Engine Wiring Harness Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Replacement
Plenum Front Panel (1) - Install - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Plenum Front Panel Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill)
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
