Draining Procedure (Charge Air Cooler - Right Side)

- Perform the engine radiator draining procedure as outlined above.
Charge Air Cooler- Right Side (1) - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Right Side (LT4)
- Invert the charge air cooler (1) and allow the coolant to completely drain into a drain pan.
- Charge Air Cooler- Right Side (1) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Right Side (LT4)
- Continue with the static fill procedure below.
NOTE:
The following procedure is only necessary when servicing the right side charge air cooler which is part of the main engine cooling system loop or a complete system drain and fill is required.
