Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
Remove the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)

Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct- Right Side (1) - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side (LT4)

Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)

Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @Charge Air Cooler- Right Side - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LT4)

Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Right Side (1) - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct Replacement - Right Side (LT4)

Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler- Right Side - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Left Side to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Right Side to Engine Radiator)

Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Bolt (2) - Remove [3x]
Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Nut (1) - Loosen

Charge Air Cooler (1) - Remove

Remove the charge air cooler (2) from the auxiliary radiator bracket (3).
