Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Upper Insulator (3) - Install [2x]

The retainers (1) are installed from behind the charge air cooler.

Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct- Right Side (1) - Install - Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side (LGY)
Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
