Removal Procedure

Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
Remove the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)

Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct- Left Side (1) - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LT4)

Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)

Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler- Left Side - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Left Side to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LT4 Charge Air Cooler - Right Side to Engine Radiator)

Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Nut (1) - Loosen

Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Nut (2) - Remove [2x]

Auxiliary Radiator Bracket- Upper (1) - Remove
Remove the charge air cooler (2) from the auxiliary radiator bracket (3).
