CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Upper Insulator (1) - Install [2x]

NOTE:
The retainers (1) are installed from behind the charge air cooler.

Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGY) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (RWD with LGY Radiator Inlet Pipe to Charge Air Cooler)
Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)

Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct- Left Side (1) - Install - Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LGY)
Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
