Removal Procedure

- Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (2) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump - Remove
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump - Remove
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
Reposition the charge air cooler coolant pump (2) and disconnect the electrical connector (1).
