Installation Procedure

Move the charge air cooler coolant pump (2) into position and connect the electrical connector (1).
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump (2) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
