Installation Procedure

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe (3) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Hose Clip (4) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Bracket Plate Stud (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Engine Wiring Harness (1) - Move into position
- Engine Wiring Harness Nut (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
