Installation Procedure

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) - Install
- Charge Air Bypass Valve Tube Clip (1) @Cooling Fan Motor - Install [2x]
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler Front Manifold - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Retainer (1) - Install
- Charge Air Bypass Regulator Solenoid Valve Inlet Tube Clip (3) - Install [2x]
Install the charge air cooler coolant hose (1) to the engine radiator intercooler heat exchanger.
- Retainer (2) - Engage
Intake Air Duct (1) - Install - Intake Air Duct Replacement
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Right Side (1) - Install - Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement - Right Side (LT4)
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
- Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
