- Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4)
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (2) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump - Remove
Charge Air Bypass Regulator Solenoid Valve Inlet Tube Clip (1) - Remove [2x]
- Retainer (2) - Remove
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (3) - Remove
