Intake Manifold Cover (1) - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Manifold Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage [6x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (3) - Remove
