Installation Procedure

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (3) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [6x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Manifold Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
Intake Manifold Cover (1) - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
