Removal Procedure

- Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
- Remove the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct- Left Side (1) - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Front Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LGY)
Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Charge Air Cooler - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGY) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (RWD with LGY Radiator Inlet Pipe to Charge Air Cooler)
Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose Retainer (2) Remove
- Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @Charge Air Cooler - Remove - Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGY)
Charge Air Cooler Upper Insulator (1) - Remove [2x]
- Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Nut (2) - Remove [2x]
- Auxiliary Radiator Bracket Bolt (3) - Remove [2x]
Charge Air Cooler Upper Bracket Nut (1) - Remove
- Charge Air Cooler Bracket Bolt (2) - Remove
Charge Air Cooler Bracket (1) - Remove
