Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Water Pump (1) - Install
- Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Charge Air Cooler Front Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Install - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose at Radiator and Intake Manifold) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Charge Air Cooler Hose)
Radiator Inlet Pipe (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Install - Radiator Inlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY Auxiliary Water Pump to Radiator Outlet Hose)
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
