Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Heater Outlet Pipe (1) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Remove - Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (AWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Heater Outlet Hose at Radiator Surge Tank) , or Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (AWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose)
Heater Outlet Pipe (1) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Remove - Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (AWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Heater Outlet Hose at Radiator Surge Tank) , or Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (AWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose)
Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Bracket Nut (1) - Remove [2x]
Auxiliary Water Pump (1) - Remove
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
