Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Water Pump (1) - Move into position
Connect the electrical connector.

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Heater Outlet Pipe (1) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Install - Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (AWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Heater Outlet Hose at Radiator Surge Tank) , or Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (AWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose)

Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
