Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Water Pump (2) - Install
Connect the electrical connector.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Charge Air Cooler Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (AWD with LGY Auxiliary Water Pump to Charge Air Cooler)

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose@Auxiliary Water Pump (3) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (LGY from Intercooler Heat Exchanger Radiator to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (LGY from Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Fitting to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (LGY from Intake Manifold to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement (AWD with LGY from Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Fitting to Auxiliary Water Pump)

Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
