Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Water Pump Inlet Pipe (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Water Pump Inlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 8.5 N.m (75 lb in)
Water Pump Inlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 8.5 N.m (75 lb in)
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (3) @Auxiliary Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Install
- Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Inlet Hose (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Electric Water Pump (1) - Install - Electric Engine Coolant Pump Replacement
Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger (1) - Install - Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
