Removal Procedure

In order to avoid being burned, do not service the exhaust system while it is still hot. Service the system when it is cool.

- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose-Right Side - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement - Right Side
- Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator-Right Side - Remove - Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Replacement - Right Side
{ If equipped } Heater Hose Clip Bracket Bolt (3) - Remove
Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (2) - Remove
- Turbocharger Heat Shield (3) - Remove
