Installation Procedure

Turbocharger Heat Shield (3) - Install
- Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose-Left Side - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement - Left Side
