Installation Procedure

    Front Brake Hose Washer (3) - Install NEW [2x]

  2. Remove the plug from the caliper inlet.
  3. Front Brake Hose (2) - Install
  4. Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) @ Front Brake Caliper - Install and tighten to 40 N.m (30 lb ft)

    Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (2) @ Front Suspension Strut - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  6. Retainer (1) - Secure [2x]

    Brake Hose Retainer (3) - Install

  8. Remove the cap from the brake pipe fitting.
  9. Brake Pipe Fitting (2) - Install and tighten
  10. Retainer (1) - Secure [2x]
  11. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  12. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J56) 
  13. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57)
