Installation Procedure

Heater Outlet Pipe (2) - Install
- Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Heater Outlet Pipe (1) @ Auxiliary Water Pump - Install
- Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Rotate the 2 heater hose clip brackets (1) upward engaging the integral locking features.
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
