Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)

    Plenum Front Panel (1) - Remove - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (without Blackwing)

    Heater Inlet Hose Retainer (4) - Disengage

  4. Heater Inlet Hose Clip (3) - Remove
  5. Disconnect and reposition harness as necessary.
  6. Heater Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  7. Heater Inlet Hose (2) - Remove
