Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  2. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging

    Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (1) - Remove

  5. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (2) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose (4) - Remove
  6. Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (3) - Remove and DISCARD

    Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut (1) - Remove

  8. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) - Remove
  9. Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (3) - Remove and DISCARD

    Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (1) - Remove

  11. Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (2) - Remove and DISCARD

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Hose Nut (1) - Remove

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Clip Nut (1) - Remove

  14. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Remove [2x]

    Maneuver the air conditioning refrigerant heat exchanger (1) out of the engine compartment.

  16. Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (2) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
