Installation Procedure

    Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (2) - Install NEW [2x]

  2. Maneuver the air conditioning refrigerant heat exchanger (1) back into the engine compartment.

    Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

  4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Clip Nut (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Hose Nut (1) - Install and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (2) - Install NEW

  8. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (1) - Install

    Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (3) - Install NEW

  10. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) - Install
  11. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut (1) - Install and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (3) - Install NEW

  13. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (2) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose (4) - Install
  14. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (1) - Install and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

  16. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  17. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  18. Inspect for refrigerant leaks. Leak Testing
