Installation Procedure

    Install the air conditioning condenser (1) back into the engine compartment by tilting the left and right side radiator air side baffles outward maneuvering condenser past the baffles.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Air Conditioning Condenser Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in)

    Radiator Air Seal Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

  4. Air Conditioning Condenser Tube Bolt (2) - Install and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in)

    Radiator Air Seal Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (2) - Install NEW

  7. Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install

    Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (2) - Install NEW

  9. Air Conditioning Evaporative Connector Hose/Tube and Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install

    Air Conditioning Condenser Tube Clip (2) - Install

    11. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  11. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporative Connector Hose/Tube and Compressor Hose Replacement (LSY)

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (2) - Install

    13. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  13. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Install [2x] - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LGY, LSY)

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (3) - Install

    15. NOTE:

    Refer to the procedure link for torque specification.

  15. Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Install [2x] - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGY, LSY)
  16. Retainer (1) - Install

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LSY)

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [4x]

  19. Front Compartment Front Sight Shield - Install - Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement
  20. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  21. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
