Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Coil (3) - Install
Air Conditioning Clutch Coil Retaining Ring (2) - Install
Install the electrical harness into the air conditioning compressor bracket and connect the electrical connector (1).

Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Pulley (1) - Install

Air Conditioning Compressor Pulley Bearing Retaining Ring (2) - Install

NOTE:

Use the original shim count as a starting point to determine the proper air gap for the air conditioning clutch plate.

Air Conditioning Clutch Shim(s) (1) - Install

Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Drive Plate (2) - Install
Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Pulley Bolt (1) - Install and hand tighten
Adjust the air conditioning clutch drive plate air gap. Air Conditioning Clutch Drive Plate Adjustment (LT4)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Pulley Bolt (1) - Tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
