Installation Procedure

Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Coil (4) - Install
- Air Conditioning Clutch Coil Retaining Ring (3) - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor Pulley (2) - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor Pulley Bearing Retaining Ring (1) - Install
Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 4.4 N.m (39 lb in)
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Accessory Drive Primary Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install - Accessory Drive Primary Belt Replacement
Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Drive Plate (1) - Install - Air Conditioning Clutch Drive Plate Adjustment (LSY)
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
