Circuit/System Verification

- Do NOT replace the control module if DTC P00FF, P0700, P25A2, P26C8 is set.
- DTC P00FF, P0700, P25A2, P26C8 is an informational DTC.
- Correct any Engine Controls and Serial Data DTCs before diagnosing the following system/component DTCs:
- Body Systems
- Brake System
- Chassis Control Module
- Transmission
- Verify there are no DTCs set related to the following component/system:
- Engine Controls and Fuel
- Serial Data
- If a related DTC is set
- Go to next step: If a related DTC is not set
- Verify there are no DTCs set related to the following component/system:
- Body Systems
- Brake System
- Chassis Control Module
- Transmission
- If a related DTC is set
- Go to next step: If a related DTC is not set
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify no other DTCs are set.
- If other DTCs are set
- Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set
- All OK.
