Installation Procedure

    Programmable Temperature Valve Actuator- Left Side (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  3. Connect the electrical connector. (1)
  4. Connect the instrument panel compartment air duct at the air conditioning evaporator and blower case.

    Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Left Side- Outer (2) - Install

  6. Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  7. Connect the electrical connectors to the instrument panel knee bolster switches, and position the harness back to its original position.

    Instrument Panel Knee Bolster (1) - Install

    Data Link Connector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  10. Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector to the Instrument panel center trim pad (1) and install.

  12. Return the steering column to its original position.

    Front Floor Courtesy Lamp - Connect

  14. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator - Left Side (1) - Install

    Install the tabs into the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator (1).

    Instrument Panel Insulator Nut (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  17. Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  18. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator Retainer (1) - Install

    Slide the hood primary latch release cable handle (1) onto the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator to install.

    Connect the electrical connector.

  21. Instrument Panel Lower Airbag - Driver Side (2) - Install
  22. Instrument Panel Lower Airbag Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Left Side (1) - Install

  24. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
