Installation Procedure

    Programmable Temperature Valve Actuator-Air Inlet Valve Actuator (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Upper and Blow Lower Case Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  4. Connect the electrical connector. (1)
  5. Connect the electrical connectors at the instrument panel compartment.

    Instrument Panel Compartment (1) - Install

    Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the instrument panel lower airbag electrical connector.

  9. Instrument Panel Lower Airbag - Passenger Side (2) - Install
  10. Instrument Panel Lower Airbag Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    { If equipped } Connect the electrical connector.

  12. Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Right Side (1) - Install

    Engage the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator into the front of the front floor console extension panel.

    Connect the body control module connectors (3).

  16. Body Control Module (4) - Install
  17. Attach the wiring harness clips (1) onto the body control module bracket.
  18. Install the detent (2) onto the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator.

    Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Lock the body control module bracket (2) to the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator.

  21. Body Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  22. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
