Conditions for Setting the DTC

B1B12 11 - KR76 Accessory Time Delay Cutoff Relay coil control circuit 4083 is shorted to ground. 

B1B12 12 - KR76 Accessory Time Delay Cutoff Relay coil control circuit 4083 is shorted to voltage. 

B1B12 13 - KR76 Accessory Time Delay Cutoff Relay coil control circuit 4083 or ground circuit 1350 is open.
