Conditions for Setting the DTC

B1AA3 11 - Run/Crank relay coil control circuit 5199 is shorted to ground. 

B1AA3 12 - Run/Crank relay coil control circuit 5199 is shorted to voltage. 

B1AA3 13 - Run/Crank relay coil control circuit 5199 or ground circuit 1350 is open.
