Removal Procedure

    Fold the assist handle downward and hold. (2)

  2. Use a small flat-bladed tool to open the assist handle covers to access the bolts.
  3. Roof Rail Rear Assist Handle Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
  4. Roof Rail Rear Assist Handle (2) - Remove

    Insert a suitable flat-bladed plastic trim tool between the parameter of the high mount stop lamp opening cover (1) and headlining trim panel (2).

  6. Separate the high mount stop lamp opening cover (1) from the headlining trim panel (2).

    Pull downward to release the retaining tabs.

    CAUTION:

    Use care when working around the head curtain inflator module. Sharp tools may puncture the curtain airbag. If the head curtain inflator module is damaged in any way, it must be replaced.

    Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Bolt Cap (1) - Remove

  10. Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Bolt (2) - Remove

    Pull the trim panel (1) toward the inside of the vehicle to disengage the retainers.

    Fold the rear seat back to the downward position.

  14. Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to remove the quarter window trim finish panel bolt cap (1).
  15. Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt (2) - Remove

    Disengage the retainers, starting at the front and working rearward.

  17. NOTE:

    The Quarter Upper Trim Panel does not need to be fully removed from the vehicle.

  18. Quarter Upper Trim Panel (1) - Reposition

    Lower the left rear section of the headlining trim panel (1).

    Radio Antenna Module Bolt (1) - Remove

  21. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  22. Release the retaining tab.
  23. Radio Antenna Amplifier (2) - Remove
