Circuit/System Description

The Ethernet bus is used to communicate between the control modules. This Ethernet harness consists of a single twisted copper pair of wires from point to point.

There are multiple control modules involved in passing the Ethernet messages from the K73 Telematic Control Module to the K179 Automated Driving Mapping Module or K124 Image Processing Module:

  1. K73 Telematic Control Module to A11 Radio through Ethernet bus 4
  2. A11 Radio to K56 Serial Data Gateway Module through Ethernet bus 2
  3. K56 Serial Data Gateway Module to K179 Automated Driving Mapping Module through Ethernet bus 3
  4. K179 Automated Driving Mapping Module to K124 Image Processing Module through Ethernet bus 11
