Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Belt Idler Pulley (1) - Install - Fastener Specifications

  2. GM5156329

    Using an appropriate tool, rotate the drive belt tensioner (1) counterclockwise and hold tension.

  3. Accessory Drive Primary Belt (2) - Install
  4. Slowly release tension on the accessory drive primary belt tensioner.
  5. GM5432174

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

  6. GM5432171

    Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).

  7. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
