Circuit/System Testing

  1. Attempt to USB program the radio with the latest software available via the Service Programming System (SPS).
    NOTE:

    The radio is in boot mode when this image/message appears on the screen. It will automatically start the update when the USB drive is inserted into the USB port. It does not require any user interaction to initiate the update.

  2. Wait at least 30 min after inserting the USB drive to allow the radio to update.
    • If the programming event was unsuccessful. 

      Replace the A11 Radio.

    • Go to next step: If the programming event was successful. 

      Go to next step: All OK.
