Installation Procedure

Body Wiring Harness Junction Block Bracket (2) - Install
- Body Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Install harness retainers as needed.
Install the engine wiring harness fuse block bracket (2) by engaging the 3 retaining tabs (1), to the body wiring harness junction block bracket (3).
Engage the 2 retaining covers (2), and install the electrical connectors (1).
Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block (2) - Install
- Retaining Tab (3) - Engage [4x]
- Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Cover (2) - Install
- Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [2x]
Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install
- Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable (2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) @ Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (2) - Install
- Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [2x]
Forward Lamp Wiring Harness (10) - Install [2x]
- Forward Lamp Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Engine Wiring Harness (9) - Install [2x]
- Engine Wiring Harness Terminal Nut M6 (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Engine Wiring Harness Terminal Nut M8 (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable (8) - Install
- Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable Nut (5) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Positive Cable (7) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut (6) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
