Installation Procedure

    Rear Side Door Weatherstrip (1) - Install

  2. Place the rear side door window into the window channel.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Side Door Window Rear Channel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Position the rear side door weatherstrip (1) into the rear side door window upper reveal molding.

  6. Lift the rear side door window all the way up in the channel and tape window in place.

    Place the window regulator in the full up position until window is seated into the rear side door window regulator sash clamp.

  8. Rear Side Door Window Regulator Sash Clamp Nut (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Press firmly to install the rear side door window inner sealing strip (1) on the door flange.

  10. Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip (1) - Install

    Rear Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding (1) - Install

    Rear Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    When reinstalling water deflector ensure integral locators are installed properly and that water deflector is secured and leakproof.

    Route the rear side door inside handle cable through hole in deflector.

  14. Rear Side Door Water Deflector (1) - Install

    Rear Side Door Pull Handle Bracket (2) - Install

  16. Rear Side Door Trim Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  17. Rear Side Door Trim - Install - Rear Side Door Trim Removal and Installation
  18. Ensure the window system operates properly.
