Removal Procedure

NOTE:
Prior to disconnecting the BCM, one or both front windows should be down to allow access into the vehicle once the door is closed.

Body Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove
Unlock and lower the body control module bracket (2).
Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Close and lock the body control module bracket (2) into the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator.

Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

NOTE:

Use a plastic trim tool if necessary.

Release the tab from the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator.

Lower the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator (1) and reposition the wiring harness as needed.

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Release the retaining tabs.
Front Floor Courtesy Lamp (1) - Remove
