It is possible to have more than one component fault, all components listed need to be tested.
OBD system DTCs may have set as a result of a low voltage condition. The DTCs need to be cleared with the scan tool.
If the customer cannot provide the Proactive Alert, it can be obtained through Service Workbench Alerts.
